Project development process
Our approach is built on turning ideas into market-ready products. On every project we follow a strategic process that takes innovative thinking through design to functional, buildable results.
At every stage from idea to launch you know what's being done, when it will be finished and what's needed from you. No surprises — you see a live build every week.
Mallow Studio runs projects in six steps: discovery, strategy and scope, design and prototype, development, testing and launch, and growth and maintenance. Each step's output is approved with the client, and live demos are shared regularly during development.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a project take on average?
Brand sites usually take a few weeks, multilingual corporate sites and mobile apps a few months, and ERP and platform projects progress in phased releases. We share a clear timeline after discovery.
How much of my time will it take?
Your input matters most during discovery and design approval. During development, a short weekly demo meeting is usually enough.
How are payments handled?
We usually suggest a staged payment plan: kickoff, design approval and launch. Maintenance is billed monthly.
